DC Power Supply with PID Temperature Controller

Veeco offers a complete line of DC power supplies that include integrated PID temperature controllers for accurate, reliable operation of MBE source and substrate heaters. The power supplies are designed to achieve excellent flux stability for MBE sources using closed-loop temperature or power feedback. The modules can be used in a standalone configuration or in a stack configuration, when the power requirement is greater than what is provided with one power supply. Veeco's DC supplies are compatible with all Veeco effusion cells. The power supplies are offered in 1500 and 2500 wattages.
